Ministries at First Baptist Church of Cutler Ridge

First Baptist Cutler Ridge continues to look for ways to be involved in the life
of our community. Our men have responded to the challenge to meet the needs
of people in our neighborhoods as well as throughout the nation.
We understand first and foremost that service apart from God’s will produces limited results. Therefore, our men meet every month (usually on the third Saturday) to fellowship together over breakfast and to seek God’s presence and direction through worship and Bible Study. This time together prepares us for the challenges we face as single men, husbands, and fathers, not to mention the variety of roles we play in the workplace and in our neighborhoods.
AWANA - Approved Workmen are Not Ashamed
Developing spiritually strong children up thru 6th grade.
Awana helps churches and parents work together to develop spiritually
strong children and youth who faithfully follow Jesus Christ. Our
programs offer a proven approach for evangelizing and discipling kids
in the church and community.
As a ministry leader for over 60 years, Awana is making an impact. A recent national survey found Awana to be as important to our alumni's spiritual foundation as all other church activities combined. Among alumni who participated in our programs for at least six years, 92.7 percent still attend church at least weekly as adults!
Each week, more than 1.5 million kids ages 2 to 18 participate in Awana. Over 12,000 churches in the U.S. and nearly 13,000 internationally run Awana programs that change young lives through biblical truth.

Mentoring is an important part of the life we strive for at First Baptist of Cutler Ridge. All of the Men's Ministries are designed to allow for mentoring. In the Book of Proverbs Solomon wrote, "As iron sharpens Iron, so one man sharpens another."
Join us for one of the many opportunities we have for the men of the church to be sharpened.
